JAAIM-Online Offers AAIM Members an Opportunity to Share With and Educate Their Peers About Their Field of Expertise With the creation of JAAIM-Online, the new online journal of the American Association of Integrative Medicine (AAIM) comes a great opportunity for AAIM members to inform and educate their peers and fellow association members about their findings and advancements in the field of health care and integrative medicine. AAIM cofounder Robert O'Block felt the need to provide AAIM members with a way to share their findings and educate their fellow members on important topics in the field. This understanding led to the development of this exciting new AAIM member benefit. JAAIM-Online offers AAIM members an opportunity to share articles, practice management tips, stories about fascinating cases, and their own autobiographies with fellow AAIM members and professionals in the field of health care and integrative medicine. Articles submitted by AAIM members provide an ideal way to educate fellow members and share new advancements in their widely varied areas of expertise. Another great aspect of JAAIM-Online is the practice management tips, which will be featured in each issue. Dr. O'Block is always looking for ways to help AAIM members better their practice. Providing an outlet for AAIM members to share tips and advice on practice management skills that have bettered their practice is a great way to bring a wealth of practice management knowledge to the diverse AAIM membership base. Since AAIM is focused on uniting the field of health care and gaining recognition for new health practices, O'Block felt that stories about fascinating or outstanding cases would also be a great fit for this online journal focused on the exciting field of alternative medicine. Dr. O'Block is excited about the possibilities that JAAIM-Online brings to the AAIM membership base. This is why we at AAIM are asking for a large and continuous flow of educational material for JAAIM-Online from our members. We encourage you to submit an article, fascinating case profile, or brief professional biography for consideration and possible inclusion in a future issue of the journal! To submit an article or other content for consideration, please e-mail that submission to Kelly Snider, Chief Association Officer of AAIM, to the following e-mail address: kelly@aaimedicine.com . You may also fax your submission to (417) 881-6414, or mail it to AAIM headquarters at 2750 East Sunshine Street, Springfield, MO 65804.
